Terms of Service
These terms apply to any rental booked with Rowhome Restrooms in Philadelphia, whether booked online, by phone, or through a quote request form. By booking a rental, you agree to these terms.
Booking and Quote
A quote provided by Rowhome Restrooms is based on the unit type, delivery address, rental dates, and other details provided at the time of the request. Final pricing is confirmed once these details are verified. A quote is not a confirmed booking until accepted by both parties.
Payment
Payment is accepted by credit card, debit card, or check. Single day event rentals are generally paid in full at the time of booking. Weekly and monthly job site rentals may be invoiced, with payment due upon delivery for the first period and on a recurring basis afterward for the length of the rental. A deposit may be requested at booking for larger orders or multi unit deliveries, applied toward the final invoice.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations or date changes made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time are not charged a fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery may be charged a portion of the rental cost to cover scheduling and preparation already underway. Rescheduling to a new date, rather than canceling outright, can often be arranged at no charge if requested with reasonable notice.
Delivery and Access
The customer is responsible for confirming a clear, accessible delivery path for the rented unit, including any necessary permissions for placement on private property, shared driveways, or street parking. Delays caused by inaccessible delivery locations, blocked access, or incorrect address information may affect the scheduled delivery time and are not the responsibility of Rowhome Restrooms.
Unit Placement and Use
The customer agrees to use the rented unit for its intended purpose and to keep the area around it reasonably accessible for scheduled servicing visits. The unit should not be moved without notifying Rowhome Restrooms, since relocation affects the servicing route and schedule.
Unit Care and Damage
The customer is responsible for reasonable care of the rented unit during the rental period. Damage beyond normal wear, including vandalism, graffiti, structural damage, or loss of the unit, may be billed to the customer at the cost of repair or replacement. Rowhome Restrooms will provide an itemized estimate before billing for any damage beyond normal use.
Servicing Schedule
Servicing frequency is confirmed at the time of booking based on rental length, unit type, and expected usage. Rowhome Restrooms will make reasonable efforts to service units on the agreed schedule, though weather, road conditions, or access issues may occasionally cause a delay of a day or less.
Permits and Compliance
The customer is responsible for obtaining any required permits for placement on public property or for public events, including accessibility requirements where applicable. Rowhome Restrooms can provide unit details to support a permit application but does not submit permit applications on the customer’s behalf.
Limitation of Liability
Rowhome Restrooms is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delivery delays, weather related disruptions, or event outcomes connected to restroom availability. Our liability for any claim related to a rental is limited to the amount paid for that specific rental. This section does not limit liability in cases of gross negligence or as otherwise required by applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The date of the most recent update will be noted at the bottom of this page. Continued use of Rowhome Restrooms services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
